At Revolution Learning and Development we have worked with many clients to develop bespoke training courses based on a brief provided by them. This is one of the standard services we now offer as part of our proposition. We will work with you to understand what it is you want to achieve as a result of the training course you want to deliver, and in some cases we’ll let you know if training isn’t the answer, but maybe another development approach. If we both agree that training is the answer, then we’ll work with you to develop some objectives, talk about your audience, timescales, budget and the facilities you have available.  Once we have this information we’ll develop a proposal and a quote based on the information you have provided. The proposal we develop should be enough for you to hand to the people ‘who hold the purse strings’ in order for you to help them to understand why the approach is necessary.  We won’t charge you for this initial consultation, and in most cases it can be done on the telephone – don’t worry, the calls are on us. Once you’re happy with the quote, we’ll set to work on developing what we said we would do.  If the programme is quite large, or the subject matter is a speciality topic, we may require a small deposit.  If this is the case we’ll let you know in the proposal. We’ll provide regular updates of the progress we’re making, and will deliver the material to you on or before the agreed date.  All bespoke work is customised with your company logo etc.  There will be no reference to us anywhere on the material. Once it’s done we’ll send you the material and an invoice for payment.  This will include the details on how to send your payment to us. If necessary, we can also provide train the trainer for your programme, but we’ll talk to you about this in our initial discussion and this will be included in the quote we provide you. If you want to know more, then just call us or contact us.  Ready to go – then just contact us with a brief overview and your details and the best time to call you and we’ll be in touch.Â
